U8 Academy

Purpose:

- Identify and develop future IRSA travel players.

- Prepare players and families for travel soccer.

- Introduce IRSA Game Model.

- Establish IRSA player expectations.

Focus:

- Skill development and ball mastery.

- Agility, balance and coordination.

- Learn and understand the rules of the game.

- Develop their passion for soccer!

Overview:

- Separate program for both Boys and Girls born in 2017

- Structured curriculum and activities.

- All sessions run by IRSA professional staff.

- Player-centered age appropriate training.

- Program cost FULL YEAR - $549 (includes uniform).

- Interested NEW Players born in 2017 will be evaluated during U8 Academy Tryouts/Player iD on Wednesday May 8th 5:30PM-7:00PM

- Full seasonal year program

- 2024 Fall season - late August-November (dates TBD)

- 2025 Spring season - March-May (date TBD)

- Two 1-hour training sessions per week
